IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT YOUR MOVE

  • Binding Estimate. Your estimate is binding to the inventory list you provided to us. If you are moving more items than you originally disclosed to your relocation specialist during the quoting stage, there will be an additional cost for these items.

  • Bill of Lading. Within 5 business days of electronically signing your estimate, you will receive your Bill of Lading (your contract). Please sign this as soon as possible so we can officially schedule your move.

  • Inventory Review. Go over your inventory list to check for accuracy. Email any changes to your account manager no later than 2 business days before your scheduled move date to eliminate surprises at pickup.

  • Storage & Delivery Timing. If your goods go into storage, allow an additional 7–10 days after you call for delivery so items can be pulled from the warehouse and loaded on the next trailer headed toward your destination. Items are stored at the origin location, not near the destination point.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • At pickup you will complete a delivery form with your delivery address and the first date you are available to receive your items. Delivery will not be attempted before this date. Delivery can take 2–21 business days from your first available date.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  1. Deposit is required at booking to secure your move date.

  2. Pickup Day: 50 % of the remaining total balance is due via cash, cashier’s check, or money order.

  3. Delivery Day: The final balance is due before unloading via cash or postal money order only.

  4. Depending on service area, alternative methods such as Venmo or Zelle may be available.

  5. BLVD does not accept credit cards for origin or destination services.
